Do you have any other medical issues or take any medications? *how old are you? *are you under a lot of stress? *do you have a sedentary lifestyle? *have you had panic attacks? I recommend : -a physician consult right away -an electrocardiogram and echocardiogram, -blood tests (complete blood count, Thyroid stimulating hormone, kidney and liver function tests, lipid profile, glucose levels) -urine analysis.
